Lavender: Can’t Sleep?

Evening: Spray 3 x on bottom of feet. Also 3 x on back of neck and rub in deeply.

If you don’t want to spray the oil on you, you can spray 3x on pillow so you can drift off into sleep. (Lavender relaxes you.)

Peppermint: Headache?

Spray oil 1 x on fingertips and rub into both temples. Use any extra oil on fingertips to rub across your forehead. (you can add an extra drop to your forehead if needed.

Clary Sage: Stressed out?

Morning? /Afternoon: Spray 3 x on back of neck and brain stem and massage in deeply. Rub any extra oil from your hands onto your throat.

Evening: Spray 3 x on bottom of your feet and massage in deeply. The oil will work its way from your feet all the way to the top of your head and clear out any interferences with pain or stress.
